Yeah, I was thinking about Nick as well. It is the one that makes most sense for me, but even so, Nick would go directly to security if he actually wanted to inflict some dmg... maybe it was just an empty threat?

I dont think he wanted to actually hurt the frat and get them into real trouble, but probably just ruin their fun and get the party shut down.
Revenge for what? Getting punched isn't canon, and doing that over simply being thrown out is lame. Plus that was almost 2 months ago.

Avery and Beth are my primary suspects. They were as bitchy about the DIKs as Kylie and they didn't try to crash.

No, it just let's you forget the events that happened 20+ runs/2 months ago, especially if 2 out of 3 choices have the same end result.
The DIK frat has been around for two or three years .. at this point, anyone at B&R who has heard that there is a party going on at the frat, can pretty much take it for granted that alcohol and drugs will also be present. Whoever told Professor Hoff about them doens't necessarily know what is happening there - they may just have inferred from what's publicly known about the frat to begin with.
You can suspect anyone who has even heard that the party is happening. They don't need to be on the guest list, they only need to have heard from someone else about it taking place. Who, logically, has a motive now that hasn't had one before, that is a lot more difficult to work out. It could be the nerds if they are stepping up to a new phase of whatever the hell Magnar's scheme is...
